Well, we're all finished editing. It's as funny as it's gonna get. Wait, that doesn't sound right. It's damn funny! How's that? It's now on to other hands for post-production, sound mix, blah, blah, blah. Ready for the broadcaster in 2 or 3 weeks.

Post Production Update

Well, fans. On Sunday we looked at a 30 minute cut, which we still need to get down to roughly 23-24 minutes. I have to say I think the whole thing is looking very good, at least from my perspective. I'm hoping to send off a cut to the broadcaster on Monday. Then, we play the waiting game, which I always thought was an odd reference since waiting means you just sit on your bum and wait. Fun. Sort of like what Stan does most of the game in the box.

My Leafs may not have a win...

Well, we're all done shooting for now. Those 5 days went so fast. The nights, not so fast. It culminated with a full house, horny hockey players and a pink dolphin. More on that later. Thanks everyone. Stay tuned.

Well, we're just getting ready to head back to the rink for day 2. Last night went great! An awesome performance by a ref who couldn't skate and loads of hilarity from Rollie and the Boys.

3 Days to Go!

We're 3 days from going to camera! Starting Sunday night, it will be a five day shoot (all nights) for Rollie and the boys. We spent the last week working with the guys and honing their improv skills. Who knew how much talent we have! Well, I guess I did.

We have a new cast-member. Randy Fenwick, the raging sexaholic. Every team needs one of those. Stay tuned for more. You can also follow us through our Facebook page, if you're into that sort of thing.

Just got back from watching the Red?White Olympic camp scrimmage. A pant-wetting experience! Crosby centring Iginla and Nash! 3 Staal brothers all out on the ice! Drew Doughty - on the Junior team last year - looking like he belongs! Crosby scoring on Fleury in the shoot-out! St. Louis - what a little firecracker that guy is! Old Smitty - Captain Canada - making something happen every time he's out on the ice. Oh man.....

We had our first round table of the pilot script today, which means I write and they pick. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. I sure hope it carries. At the very least, we got to use some choice profanity among women without getting slapped. Good times!
